Job summary

Pacific Radiology Wanaka seeks a Medical Receptionist to deliver frontline reception, scheduling imaging appointments and communicating essential exam information to patients and referrers. You will input data into the RIS, keep accurate patient records, and determine funding pathways in line with protocols.

The role requires excellent communication, strong customer service, and meticulous organisation while maintaining privacy and discretion in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated delivery of excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational ability and workload prioritisation.
• Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality as per privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and book imaging appointments per booking protocols.
• Input patient information into the RIS and maintain records.
