You will manage patient records, coordinate with clinical staff, and ensure referrals are processed daily. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, and committed to patient privacy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy administration role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent data entry and typing speed.
• Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate patient records in Radiology and patient administration systems.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure timely patient journeys through Radiology.
• Receipt referrals via electronic systems, email and mail; process daily within timeframes.
• Load patients to the waitlist with procedure, admission, tests and dates; follow guidelines.
• Protect patient information under the Privacy Act.
