Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality management, with a focus on manufacturing or operations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing QMS, preferably ISO 9001 certified.
• Strong knowledge of quality control tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a quality assurance team.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to upholding high standards of quality and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) across all operational areas.
• Establish and monitor quality control procedures and standards for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Lead and mentor the quality assurance and control team, providing guidance and performance management.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to integrate quality into all operational phases.
• Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Manage documentation related to quality processes, procedures, and records.
• Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the operations department.
