The role involves SPC, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, training production staff, and collaborating across production, engineering and R&D to sustain quality throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in industrial engineering with focus on quality assurance.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems.
• Proficiency in SPC, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis tools.

Aufgaben

• Analyze current quality control processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (ISO 9001).
• Design and conduct quality assurance tests and experiments.
• Use SPC techniques to monitor production quality.
• Investigate defects and customer complaints to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.
