Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in a supervisory/leadership role in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a production team.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret production data and reports.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of production operators to ensure efficient workflow and schedules.
• Monitor production activities to ensure quality standards and targets are met.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental regulations on the floor.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff.
• Manage resource allocation (personnel and materials) to optimize output.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement timely solutions.
• Maintain production records and report KPIs to management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and idea sharing.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Lead pre-shift briefings on objectives and safety.
