As a Property Operations co-ordinator, you are the operational bridge between our clients, data systems, and product team.

We are looking for an ambitious, high performer who is interested in a high growth career trajectory.

You will build strong client relationships, have a good attention to detail, be comfortable working with property data.

You will be curious and happy to travel around Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities
  • Clean, structure, and configure enterprise-scale datasets (10,000+ rows) to ensure accurate system setups for new and existing clients
  • Manage key client touchpoints, build strong operational rapport, identify pain points, and uncover expansion opportunities
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks for clients and design scalable operational processes to drive efficiency and adoption
  • Translate client feedback and complex property management workflows into actionable feature requests for our engineering and product teams
  • Support regional Health & Safety compliance alignment and provide data-driven inputs for regional budgeting and strategic planning
About you
  • 3–5 years in Property Operations, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Business Analysis
  • Working familiarity with asset management, maintenance workflows, contractor engagement, and ESG metrics
  • Strong hands-on experience handling, auditing, and migrating large data sets with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to collaborate with corporate enterprise stakeholders and challenge the status quo
  • Resourceful, autonomous, and passionate about leveraging technology to drive sustainable real-world outcomes
