Full Time | Property Management
Want to work in Property Management without carrying a traditional portfolio?
Harcourts Northwest Realty is looking for an energetic, organised and people-focused Leasing & Inspections Manager to join our Property Management team.
This is a hands‑on, specialised role focused on two important areas of our business — leasing our available properties and carrying out property inspections.
You’ll spend plenty of time out of the office meeting prospective tenants, visiting properties and helping ensure our landlords’ investments are well presented, well documented and occupied by quality tenants.
If you enjoy property, people and being out and about rather than sitting behind a desk all day, this could be a great fit.
Working alongside our Property Managers, you’ll take ownership of leasing and inspections across the portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
Property management or real estate experience would be an advantage, but just as important to us is finding someone with the right personality, attitude and work ethic.
You’ll ideally be:
You’ll be joining an established and supportive Property Management team within one of West Auckland’s leading real estate offices.
We’re building our Property Management division around specialised roles rather than expecting one Property Manager to do everything.
The Leasing & Inspections Manager is an important part of that structure. While our Property Managers concentrate on their landlords, tenants and portfolios, you’ll become our specialist in leasing and property inspections.
You’ll have the backing of an experienced team, established systems, a recognised brand and an environment where good people are given the opportunity to develop.
For someone wanting to build a career in property management, there is also plenty of opportunity to grow with us.
