Integrity Recruitment – Wanganui, North Island

Ready to Build or Grow Your Career in Property Management?

Integrity Recruitment is proud to be partnering with one of New Zealand's fastest-growing privately owned property management companies. With an ambitious vision to become the country's largest privately owned property management business, they're building something special. Now is the perfect time to become part of that journey.

Whether you're an experienced Property Manager looking for your next opportunity or someone with the right attitude who wants to build a career in the industry, we'd love to hear from you.

If you're organised, proactive, thrive on building relationships, enjoy solving problems, and genuinely care about delivering exceptional customer service, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

Why You'll Love This Opportunity

This isn't just another Property Management role. It's an opportunity to join a company that values its people and is committed to helping them succeed.

If you're experienced, you'll be trusted to manage your portfolio with the support of a collaborative team. If you're new to the industry, you'll receive the training, mentoring and guidance needed to become a successful Property Manager.

Best of all, this is primarily an office-based role. Rather than spending your day driving between inspections, maintenance appointments and property viewings, you'll have dedicated support teams taking care of those responsibilities. That means you'll have more time to focus on building client relationships, solving problems, delivering exceptional service and developing your expertise.

With the backing of an experienced and supportive team, you'll have everything you need to build a rewarding long-term career.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Depending on your level of experience, you'll either manage or learn to manage a residential property portfolio, including:

  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
  • Preparing tenancy documentation and ensuring legislative compliance
  • Managing rent arrears and tenancy matters professionally
  • Reviewing property inspections and following up maintenance requirements
  • Managing bond refunds and end-of-tenancy processes
  • Developing a strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
  • Providing proactive advice that helps landlords protect and maximise their investment
Who We're Looking For

We're looking for great people.

You’ll bring:

  • A positive attitude and genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • The ability to think on your feet and solve problems
  • High attention to detail
  • Confidence using technology and learning new systems
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A current Full New Zealand Driver Licence

If you already have Property Management experience, that's fantastic. If you don't, experience in customer service, administration, real estate, hospitality, banking, insurance, retail management or another relationship-focused role will be highly regarded. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the attitude and aptitude to learn.

What's In It For You?

This is more than just another job.

You’ll enjoy:

  • Competitive salary package + car + phone + laptop
  • Full training and ongoing mentoring for those new to the industry
  • A predominantly office-based role with dedicated field teams supporting inspections, maintenance and viewings
  • A supportive leadership team that genuinely invests in your success
  • Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities
  • The opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients
  • A collaborative and supportive team environment
  • A company culture built on trust, integrity and exceptional customer service
