Job summary

Barfoot & Thompson Mt Eden is seeking a fabulous Property Manager to join our experienced and growing team. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 80–110 properties and work alongside a knowledgeable team to deliver excellent outcomes for owners and tenants.

If you have at least 2 years of Property Management experience, are highly organised, a strong communicator, and hold a full NZ driver’s licence, we’d love to hear from you. This is a full-time role based in Mt Eden, Auckland.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' Property Management experience.
• Confidently manage a property portfolio and build strong relationships with owners and tenants.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail and able to juggle a busy workload.
• Confident communicator and proactive problem-solver.
• Enjoys being part of a team and pitching in when needed.
• Holds a full, clean NZ driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 80–110 properties and work with a supportive team.
• Take ownership of day-to-day property management tasks and deliver great outcomes for owners and tenants.
• Foster strong relationships with owners and tenants to ensure high-quality service.
• Collaborate with the wider Barfoot & Thompson Mt Eden team to support business goals.
