Oaks Property Management Limited – East Tamaki, Auckland is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in property management, strong communication, and solid knowledge of residential procedures and legislation.

Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office is essential. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years+ experience as a Property Manager or in a similar real estate role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and tenants.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Sound knowledge of residential property management procedures and relevant legislation.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including inspections, tenant placement, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
• Deliver excellent customer service, responding promptly to landlord and tenant needs.
• Conduct regular property inspections and provide clear, detailed reports.
• Ensure properties are maintained to high standards, arranging repairs and renovations as required.
• Market and advertise vacant properties to attract quality tenants.
• Handle tenancy matters such as lease renewals, tenant inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate property records and financial documentation.
• Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to company success.
