We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Property & Administration Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role combining commercial property management with broader administration and business support, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and working closely with people.
You will take an active role in the day-to-day management of our commercial property portfolio, building strong relationships with tenants, coordinating maintenance and contractors, supporting lease administration and ensuring our properties and records are well managed.
Alongside property management, you will provide administrative support to the Director and wider team, assisting with reporting, documentation, meetings and ongoing business improvements.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are necessarily the same. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and confident taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
Our ideal candidate will have commercial property management experience or equivalent experience in a related role.

Manage relationships with tenants, acting as the primary point of contact for property matters
Coordinate tenant communications, lease administration, renewals and compliance requirements
Manage maintenance requests and contractor relationships, following property related issues through to resolution
Coordinate property inspections and assist with monthly property reporting
Identify and support ongoing property improvements and initiatives
Maintain accurate property records, schedules and information within the property management system
Provide administrative support to the Directors and wider business team
Manage correspondence, documentation, meeting preparation and follow-up actions
Assist with reporting, record keeping and general business administration
