Job summary

Belron New Zealand is seeking a Project & Operations Manager – Trade Services to lead onboarding and delivery of products, services and projects into the business support team, ensuring a seamless experience for customers, members and franchise owners. You will drive a scalable supplier strategy and balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced trade environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in middle management, ideally in a service-based trade industry.
• Strong leadership and influencing stakeholder capabilities and experience.
• Strategic thinker able to analyze data and deliver commercially sound solutions.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with a track record of driving operational performance.
• Skilled communicator with exceptional verbal and written abilities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and deliver products, services and projects into the business support team, ensuring a seamless customer, member and franchise owner experience.
• Lead a team managing day-to-day customer and member/franchise owner interactions to deliver best-in-class service.
• Drive the back-office supplier strategy to leverage scale for high-quality operational support.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced trade environment.
• Foster a values-led, high-performing, customer-focused culture and engage with stakeholders.
