Job summary

ALPHARD CONSTRUCTION LIMITED in Queenstown, South Island, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery from planning through to completion. The role requires coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while managing budgets, quality, and health and safety outcomes.

You will liaise with clients, consultants and local councils, ensuring compliance with NZ building standards and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in the industry.
• Solid understanding of construction programmes, budgets and delivery processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand; experience in NZ construction environment preferred.
