Job summary

Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children is seeking an Experienced Project Coordinator to support the Targeted Practice Enhancements workstream within the Frontline Technology Systems Upgrade programme. The role covers governance, planning, reporting, and financial administration across technical and business change initiatives.

Qualifications

At least five years' experience in project coordination or related roles.
Experience delivering technology or organisational change initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, plan, and report progress.
Experience with governance forums and executive/decision-support documentation.
Knowledge of risk, dependencies and RAID registers.

Responsibilities

Coordinate delivery activities across workstreams within the FTSSU programme.
Support governance processes, planning, and reporting packs.
Manage project finances including budgeting and invoicing.
Engage with stakeholders and provide proactive issue resolution.
Monitor risks and dependencies across multiple projects.
