Omexom New Zealand is seeking a Project Coordinator in Silverdale, Auckland. You will coordinate work schedules, key operations and processes for the contract team to maximise efficiency and impact.

The role involves admin, planning and coordination with Project Managers, Design, Technical teams, customers and subcontractors, plus governance and compliance across safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong decision-making in uncertain contexts.
• Solid computer and scheduling software skills.
• Capable report writing.

Responsabilités

• Support contract delivery through effective administration, planning and coordination with Project Managers, Design, Technical teams, customers and subcontractors.
• Assist Contract Manager and supervisors with day-to-day contract management, compliance and development/review of contract management plans and procedures.
• Coordinate work schedules, monitor productivity, track KPIs and prepare reports, presentations, agendas and documentation.
• Manage procurement, purchasing, logistics and control contract documentation, quality assurance and financial matters including job variations and labour targets.
• Oversee site inductions, compliance with safety, environmental and quality procedures, and manage contract risks/issues, escalating as needed.
• Maintain governance documentation, workflows and ensure alignment with client and company requirements.
