Job summary

Southbase in Queenstown is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our site-based team, providing support to Project Managers and the wider crew to meet contract requirements and project goals. For this role, construction experience in a similar role is desirable; candidates with a proactive attitude, good communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment will fit well.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role in the construction industry is desirable.
• Proficiency in project management software and document control systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal & external teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst meeting tight deadlines.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Project Managers and the wider team to meet contract requirements and project goals.
• Coordinate documents and project information to ensure on-time delivery.
