As a Project Coordinator, you'll support the delivery of projects across multiple regions within the Public Safety Network programme. Working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, you'll take ownership of coordinating activities, managing stakeholders, maintaining project controls, and ensuring delivery milestones remain on track.

This role is well suited to someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working autonomously, and can confidently adapt to changing priorities while keeping projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, milestones, dependencies, and schedules across the project lifecycle.

  • Monitor project progress and elevate risks, issues, and delivery impacts.

  • Facilitate communication and coordination across project teams, suppliers, and delivery partners.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reporting, and governance records.

  • Organise meetings, track actions, and ensure timely follow-through on commitments.

  • Support procurement and financial administration activities, including POs and invoice processing.

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery and governance processes.

You excel at building relationships, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and keeping projects moving forward. Experience within infrastructure, telecommunications, or large-scale programme delivery environments, along with exposure to project reporting tools, procurement processes, and project controls, will be highly regarded.

5+ years' experience in Project Coordination, Project Support, or a similar project delivery role.

Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, telecommunications, or other complex multi-disciplinary programmes.

Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work effectively across diverse teams and delivery partners.

Proven ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive actions through to completion.
