We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Project Coordinator to support Targeted Practice Enhancements (TPE), a key workstream within the Frontline Technology Systems Upgrade (FTSU) Programme.
This is a critical role within one of Oranga Tamariki's largest transformation programmes. Working across both technical and business change initiatives, you will provide comprehensive coordination support while proactively driving delivery activities, governance processes, planning, reporting, financial administration, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
This role requires someone who can confidently anticipate needs, identify issues early, and take ownership for progressing work with minimal direction. We are looking for a highly organised and delivery-focused professional who brings exceptional initiative, sound judgement, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex and fast-moving environment.
Targeted Practice Enhancements (TPE) is a key workstream within the Frontline Technology Systems Upgrade (FTSU) programme, one of Oranga Tamariki's largest transformation initiatives. TPE delivers targeted improvements that support frontline practice while FTSU progresses toward implementation.
The work focuses on improving critical capabilities, addressing operational pain points, reducing risk, and delivering immediate and enduring value for tamariki, rangatahi, whānau, caregivers, partners and communities.
Operating within the FTSU governance framework, TPE enables the delivery of business-led initiatives that align with future-state architecture and strategic objectives. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful change by helping deliver practical improvements today while supporting the longer-term transformation of frontline services.
