TTC Global is seeking a proactive coordinator to join a 12-month fixed-term programme in Hamilton. You will own application scope, manage users and tickets, and ensure delivery momentum across clinical, operational and administrative teams.
You’ll coordinate verification and end-user validation sessions with staff, prepare accounts and access, and capture clear evidence for technical teams. This role requires strong communication and independence, with travel across the Waikato region as needed.
This opportunity allows you to bring people, technology and process together on a complex, high-impact programme based in Hamilton. You’ll coordinate application verification and end-user validation across Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua and Taupō, helping users complete meaningful checks while ensuring technical teams receive clear evidence, accurate tickets and timely follow-up.
