Job summary

Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Social Workers is seeking a Production Systems Coordinator for a busy ice cream site in East Tamaki. You will maintain production data, drive reporting accuracy and ensure inventory visibility while coordinating day-to-day site operations.

The role suits organized, detail-oriented individuals who are confident using ERP and inventory systems and who can collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in production reporting, inventory records, reconciliations or systems administration.
• Strong literacy with ERP and inventory or reporting systems.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Clear communication across departments and ability to manage priorities.
• FMCG, food manufacturing, dairy, or production experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate production, inventory, consumption and reporting data.
• Prepare production reports, KPI information and system reconciliations.
• Investigate discrepancies and follow issues through to resolution.
• Coordinate production materials, consumables, purchase orders and supplier paperwork.
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, damaged or expiring stock.
• Maintain Health and Safety records, inductions, contractor files and Assura actions.
• Provide practical site administration support to keep the operation organised.
