Job summary

Open Country Dairy Ltd in Auckland's East Tamaki is seeking a Production Systems Coordinator to support accurate reporting, inventory visibility and day-to-day site coordination. You’ll work hands-on in a busy production environment, ensuring ERP data integrity, KPI reporting and timely system reconciliations.

You’ll be organised, precise and proactive, with strong communication across departments and a drive to resolve issues and maintain stock accuracy on fast-moving FMCG production lines.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP, inventory, or reporting systems.
• Experience in production reporting and inventory records.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Clear communication across departments.
• Good organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
• FMCG or dairy production experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate production, inventory, consumption and reporting data.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain accurate production, inventory, consumption and reporting data.
• Prepare production reports, KPI information and system reconciliations.
• Investigate discrepancies and follow issues through to resolution.
• Coordinate production materials, consumables, purchase orders and supplier paperwork.
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, damaged or expiring stock.

About You

You’ll be organised, accurate and confident using systems, with the drive to follow up, solve problems and keep the right people informed.

Skills And Experience

• Strong computer literacy and confidence using ERP, inventory or reporting systems.
• Experience in production reporting, inventory records, reconciliations or systems administration.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work across departments.
• Good organisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• FMCG, food manufacturing, dairy, or production experience would be an advantage.
