Oceania Dairy is seeking a proactive Production Analyst for our Glenavy site to support production performance through data analysis, reporting, and inventory control. You will collaborate with Production, Technical, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement.

This is a 12 month fixed-term role reporting to the Site Operations Manager, focused on data-driven decision making and process optimization across the plant.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Analyst to join our Operations team at Oceania Dairy's Glenavy site. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, this role is responsible for supporting production performance through data analysis, reporting, process improvement, work order management, and inventory control. You will work closely with Production, Technical, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

This is a 12 month fixed term role.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse production data, monitor KPIs, and provide insights to support operational performance.
• Investigate production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage work order administration, including production checks, mass balances, reporting, and record management.
• Maintain inventory systems, complete stocktakes, and raise purchase orders as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong experience in production analysis or manufacturing environments
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capability
• Solid understanding of reporting, inventory control, and mass balances
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
