Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience reconciling production, consumption or inventory information.
• Strong Excel and reporting tooling experience.
• Experience with ERP and BI tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily production records and inventory movements.
• Investigate stock variances and data discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports and KPIs.
• Maintain and improve reporting tools, incl. Power BI.
• Support inventory accuracy for ingredients, packaging and finished goods.
• Monitor consumables and raise purchase orders.
• Create and maintain production forms, SOPs and work instructions.
• Support non-conformance and root cause investigations.
• Coordinate contractor records, inductions and permits.
• Maintain Health and Safety records and corrective actions.
• Keep site administration and communications organized.
