Product Operations Manager at EROAD in Albany, N, NZ. Full time on site.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
ERoad is a global fleet management technology company, providing telematics-based tracking, compliance and safety solutions to fleet operators, and the product organisation is moving from reactive, ad hoc ways of working towards proactive, scalable processes, with a Product Operations Manager now sought in Auckland to own and drive that uplift.

- Own product documentation and knowledge management so information is easy to find and keep current
- Act as the bridge between product, engineering and business stakeholders, aligning cadences and tracking delivery against shared goals
- Drive the shift from reactive firefighting to proactive, scalable ways of working across the product development lifecycle and adjacent areas such as go-to-market and end-of-life
- Partner closely with the VP of Product, Product Leadership, Product Managers, engineering and business stakeholders, without direct people management responsibility
