Halter seeksJunior/Intermediate Engineers to tackle challenging, unsolved problems in a hardware-software-AI system deployed on real farms. Whether frontend, backend, full stack or platform, you’ll ship robust work that raises the bar and leverages AI tools to boost team output.

You’ll join a fast-moving team with on-farm exposure, strong AWS/Terraform usage, and a culture that rewards ownership and high performance.

Qualifications

• Designed and delivered complex systems in production with a product mindset.
• Able to use AI tools to improve team output and solve hard problems.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; adaptable.
• Experience in cloud environments; AWS is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver features end to end across web and mobile.
• Make architectural calls and back them with code.
• Ship high-impact features quickly with product, design and eng teams.
• Collaborate via design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure reliability and on-call readiness; develop domain knowledge on-farm.
