You’ll tackle challenges not yet solved, whether frontend, backend, full stack, or platform work, shipping robust solutions that empower farmers, scale with growth, and leverage AI tools to increase team output.

Qualifications

• Designed and delivered complex systems in production with proven impact.
• Ability to ship robust, thoughtful software from frontend to backend on real farms.
• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver features end-to-end across surfaces used by farmers.
• Make smart architectural calls and back them up with code.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product to ship high-impact features quickly.
