Job summary

NZ Post in Auckland is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist - Processing to lead CI and Operational Excellence across our Processing network. You will drive Lean Six Sigma projects, identify opportunities, and partner with leaders and frontline teams to embed sustainable improvements that boost safety, service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma experience with Green Belt at least; Black Belt preferred.
• Experience delivering CI and Operational Excellence in processing/logistics.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI initiatives across Processing operations.
• Analyse, redesign and optimise operational processes to improve performance.
• Coach teams in structured problem solving and Lean thinking.
• Embed standardised ways of working and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with leaders and frontline teams to implement improvements.
