Job summary

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, with Black Belt preferred.
• Experience delivering Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives within operational environments.
• Strong capability in process analysis, process design and process optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skills.
• Confidence working in complex, fast-paced operational environments.
• Ability to turn data and operational insights into practical, measurable improvements.
• Business Process Management (BPM) certification or related experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Leading continuous improvement initiatives across Processing operations.
• Analysing, redesigning and optimising operational processes to improve performance.
• Supporting leaders and teams to identify and solve operational challenges.
• Embedding Operational Excellence practices and standardised ways of working.
• Monitoring performance and ensuring sustainable improvement outcomes.
• Coaching teams in structured problem solving, Lean thinking and continuous improvement methodologies.
