Job summary

New Zealand Post is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence initiatives across its Processing network in New Zealand. Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, with Black Belt preferred.
• Experience delivering Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives within operational environments.
• Strong capability in process analysis, process design and process optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skills.
• Confidence working in complex, fast-paced operational environments.
• Ability to turn data and operational insights into practical, measurable improvements.
• Business Process Management (BPM) certification or related experience is advantageous.
