Zusammenfassung

The Kraft Heinz Company seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager at Tomoana, NZ to lead KHMS and TRIO embedding Lean, Six Sigma and standardised work. You will coach CI Leads and Process Owners to drive safety, quality, cost and reliability improvements with data-driven governance.

As a member of the Site Leadership Team you will partner with Operations, Engineering and Planning to identify losses, uplift capability, and build a culture of structured problem solving across the site.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field and professional CI certification.
• Proven experience leading CI teams and Lean transformation projects.
• Experience applying DMAIC, A3 and RCA methodologies in manufacturing.
• Strong track record with KPIs, dashboards and governance processes.
• Ability to coach senior leaders and front-line teams; excellent communication.
• Proactive, structured problem solving in a fast-paced site environment.
• NZ work rights or eligibility to work in New Zealand.

Aufgaben

• Lead the site continuous improvement program, setting priorities and governance.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to implement line-focused operating systems.
• Run the site steering group to coordinate priorities, cadence and accountability.
• Coach leaders and front-line teams in structured problem solving and root-cause analysis.
• Create and maintain productivity dashboards to identify and track opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional projects to reduce costs and waste and improve yields.
• Deliver Lean, Six Sigma training and support CI certification paths.
• Own performance management tools and visual boards linking to losses and priorities.
• Ensure improvements support safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develop the CI team and foster a high-trust, accountable culture.
