Practice Relationships & Communications Manager

The purpose of the Practice Relationships & Communications Manager role is to strengthen engagement, collaboration, and communication across member practices, stakeholders, and partner organisations.

This role has a strong health promotion focus that fosters connections and facilitates the flow of information, enabling practices to remain informed, connected, and empowered to provide high-quality, patient-centred healthcare services.

The position is responsible for building trusted relationships, ensuring timely and effective communication, and supporting the delivery of RAPHS strategic objectives through proactive stakeholder engagement, change communication, and practice support. The role will be a conduit between practices and RAPHS (and their respective teams) to provide a flow of feedback, support and advice as required.

You will have the ability to build relationships quickly, be influential and solutions focussed.
