Responsibilities

• Provide visible, energetic leadership across the practice.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff, workflows, systems and service delivery.
• Collaborate with clinical and administration teams to foster a positive workplace.
• Manage budgets, claims, reporting, and other key business activities.
• Build and maintain a motivated, connected team culture where people feel valued.
• Coordinate with support teams (Finance, IT, People & Culture, Marketing).
• Identify opportunities for improvement through audits and new ideas.

What You'll Do

Provide visible, energetic, and supportive leadership across the practice.

Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff, workflows, systems, and service delivery.

Work closely with clinical and administration teams to foster a positive and collaborative workplace.

Manage budgets, claims, reporting, and other key business activities to support the financial health of the practice.

Build and maintain a motivated, connected team culture where people feel valued and supported.

Collaborate with South Link Health support teams, including Finance, People and Culture, IT, Marketing, and others.

Identify opportunities for improvement through audits, reporting, and practical new ideas.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in Practice Management (or similar).

Strong financial skills and confidence managing budgets and reporting.

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

A positive, practical approach and a willingness to be hands-on when needed.
