  • Strong planning, coordination and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain senior-level practice relationships.
  • Lead strategic health promotion and population health initiatives.
  • Deliver proactive and effective communications across the network.
  • Facilitate collaborative solutions across the RAPHS network.
  • Identify and support business development opportunities.
  • Connect, influence and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide strategic practice support and advocacy.
  • Monitor insights, trends and stakeholder needs.
