We are seeking a Registered Nurse with 3–5 years of experience in general practice who is confident working independently while also being a collaborative team member. The role involves a range of clinical and practice coordination responsibilities in a busy general practice.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality nursing care to patients across a range of ages and backgrounds
  • Supporting immunisations, wound care, health assessments, chronic disease management and other general practice nursing services
  • Preparing and coordinating the nurses' roster
  • Managing recalls and patient follow-ups
  • Monitoring and completing clinical and nursing tasks
  • Assisting with care plans and ongoing patient management
  • Supporting the practice team with day-to-day nursing and clinical activities
  • Maintaining accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Promoting a safe, respectful and culturally appropriate environment for patients and staff
About you
  • Current Registered Nurse registration
