Position overview:As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality primary healthcare services and supporting positive patient outcomes within a busy general practice environment. Working collaboratively within a nursing team, and alongside General Practitioners and the wider clinical team, you will provide a range of nursing services including patient assessments, health education, chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care, and preventative health initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to reduce their days of work per week or add to an existing part-time/ casual position.
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of one year of experience working in a general practice setting, strong clinical skills, and a genuine commitment to patient-centred care.
