This is very much a hands‑on Practice Manager position. You will work as part of the reception team while also having dedicated time to take care of the wider management and administration of the practice.
Working alongside four doctors and overseeing a reception team of two, you will keep the clinic organised, responsive and running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:

Ideally, you will bring experience from practice management, medical administration or a similar healthcare environment along with experience in using Xero.

In a small team, no two days will necessarily look the same. You will be comfortable moving between managing the practice, assisting a patient, answering the phone, supporting the team and dealing with the unexpected – all while keeping things ticking along.
You will be joining an established specialist practice where your contribution will genuinely matter. With a solid foundation already in place, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved, finding solutions and taking pride in helping a busy practice run well.
