Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group in Auckland seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to lead and support a nursing team within a well-established Medical Practice. You will focus on clinical excellence, system improvement, and ongoing development of primary care services.

The role is permanent, 32 hours per week across four days (Mon–Fri), offering leadership across day-to-day clinical operations and a collaborative, community-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• NZ RN with current APC.
• General practice nursing experience essential.
• Nursing management experience preferred.
• Current CPR certificate required.
• Passion for primary care.

About the role

Join a well-established Medical Practice and take a key leadership role in delivering high quality, patient-centred care.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to lead and support our nursing team, with a strong focus on clinical excellence, continuous improvement and the ongoing development of primary care services.

You will provide day-to-day clinical leadership, develop and empower the nursing team, and strengthen clinical systems and processes. Working collaboratively with the wider practice team, you will also play an important role in creating a positive, high-performing environment and ensuring our services continue to meet the needs of the local community.

This is a permanent, 32-hour-per-week position, working across four days between Monday and Friday.

• New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current APC

• Clear, calm communicator with a fair and supportive approach
• Experience with Medtech Evolution and MS Office
