Job summary

Foodstuffs South Island seeks a Trading Systems Support Assistant to support the Merchandise trading teams with the PMR system and related business systems. You will become a SME, helping teams understand how systems work and how business processes they support operate.

Qualifications

• Strong systems mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders across the business.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills for root-cause analysis.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Merchandise trading teams with PMR and related business systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and document processes for end-users.
• Provide systems training and create user manuals for PMR users.
• Analyse system data to support improvements and testing of enhancements.
• Engage with end-users to ensure effective and efficient system usage.
