Job summary
Foodstuffs North Island is seeking a People Systems Product Specialist to join our People & Capability team. This hands-on role focuses on supporting, optimizing and enhancing our HR systems to deliver a great experience for our people, leaders and stores.
Reporting to the People Systems Team Lead, you will own SAP SuccessFactors modules, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and drive adoption, usability and continuous improvement across our HR platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS platforms, SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong HR processes and systems knowledge.
- Experience delivering system enhancements or projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Reporting, HR metrics and data analysis.
- Collaborative and improvement mindset.
- Experience working with IT integrations, testing and releases.
Responsibilities
- Deliver HR and payroll technology solutions.
- Own SAP SuccessFactors modules and drive adoption.
- Support new system implementations and usability.
- Assist releases, upgrades, testing and improvements.
- Improve system functionality and user experiences.
- Maintain high-quality people data and reporting.
