Job summary

Foodstuffs South Island is seeking a Trading Systems Support Assistant to back our Merchandise trading teams using the PMR system. You will become a SME, troubleshoot, train users, document processes, and create manuals to support efficient retail operations.

You will analyse system data, test enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the business. This role suits those with a keen systems mindset and great communication.

Qualifications

• Strong systems mindset with attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support PMR and business systems for Retail & Merchandise teams.
• Troubleshoot system issues and identify root causes.
• Provide systems training and document processes, creating user manuals.
• Analyse system data and test enhancements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
