Job summary

NZ Defence Force in Wellington is seeking a System Support Coordinator to provide high-quality coordination and support within the Capability Branch Programme Management Office (PMO). You will maintain the CMF Online site and related information repositories, coordinate governance activities, and help ensure information, tools and processes stay current and accessible.

The role requires strong project coordination, experience with SharePoint, data organisation, and mature relationship management

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and supporting in a PMO and governance environments.
• Ability to maintain and manage content/information systems (e.g., SharePoint) and organise data.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the CMF Online site and information repositories.
• Coordinate review, update, and publication of capability management documentation across the investment lifecycle.
• Provide secretariat support for project boards and management groups (agendas, papers, minutes, correspondence).
• Build strong relationships across NZDF and the Ministry of Defence to enable information sharing and collaboration.
