Job summary

The New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) is seeking a System Support Coordinator to provide high‑quality coordination and support within the Capability Branch Programme Management Office (PMO). You will help maintain the CMF Online, ensuring information, tools and processes remain current, accessible and effective.

Qualifications

• Proven project coordination experience in PMO or programme environment.
• Experience maintaining information management systems (e.g., SharePoint).
• Ability to collate and organise data with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the CMF Online site, SharePoint pages and information repositories.
• Coordinate the review, update and publication of key capability management documentation and guidance.
• Provide secretariat assistance for project boards and management groups (agendas, papers, minutes).
• Build and maintain relationships across NZDF and the Ministry of Defence to promote information management and collaboration.
