Job summary

Horticom, a leading distributor to the Hardware and Garden Centre industry, seeks an Auckland North Territory Account Manager. You’ll hit the road to build strong customer relationships and grow the territory through proactive sales, in-store demonstrations and merchandising support.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B sales experience is essential.
• Experience in hardware sales is advantageous.
• Ability to build lasting business relationships across stores and buyers.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with buyers, store teams and key contacts.
• Grow sales within existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Enhance product visibility through effective merchandising and displays.
• Deliver in-store demonstrations and training to bring products to life.
• Plan calls and maximize opportunities using sales data and CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve customer queries and maintain momentum.
