Great Potentials Foundation is a charitable trust for the promotion of education and parental support and we have been in existence for over 35 years.
Our purpose is helping children, young people and families towards brighter futures. We do this through life-changing programmes we develop, establish and manage including HIPPY, MATES and two Family Service Centres in Takanini and Papakura. The Role
We have an opportunity for a highly organised and proactive part-time Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This is a great role for someone who enjoys getting involved, anticipating needs, identifying what needs to be done and taking ownership of tasks through to completion.
The role is hands on, with a focus on providing day-to-day administrative support to the CEO. This includes:
Preparing agendas, documents, and correspondence
Coordinating meetings and taking minutes
Maintaining accurate records, files and confidential information
Supporting planning, reporting and project coordination
Being a professional point of contact for internal and external queries
This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week, based at our head office in Penrose. The days and hours of work can be flexible by agreement, while keeping within regular business hours.
The successful candidate requires:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Administrator or similar
Competency with Microsoft Office and common digital workplace tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and lead by example
Ability to prioritise, use initiative and manage deadlines
Driver's licence and clean Ministry of Justice check
