H2R Consulting in Wellington is seeking an experiencedExecutive Assistant to provide high-level support to a senior leader within a large, nationwide organisation. This role demands discretion, proactive planning, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage complex diaries, coordinate travel, prepare board papers, and maintain rigorous information flow across leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong systems capability.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
