Job summary
Foodstuffs North Island Limited is seeking a People Systems Team Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership over our HR technology landscape. You will guide a team of specialists, partner with IT, Product and programme teams to shape roadmaps, and drive governance and continuous improvement to support stores, distribution centres and the support centre.
The role focuses on leveraging AI, automation and digital tools to enhance employee and leader experiences, while balancing business
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and developing People Systems, HRIS or business systems teams.
- Experience with enterprise platforms, notably SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across complex organisations.
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll and people processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of People Systems Product specialists, providing leadership and capability uplift.
- Shape the People Systems roadmap with IT, Product and programme teams.
- Drive governance, prioritisation and continuous improvement across our people systems landscape.
- Champion opportunities to leverage AI, automation and digital tools to improve experiences.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across Support Centre, Supply Chain and stores.
