Job summary
Foodstuffs North Island Limited is seeking a senior stakeholder for the Employee Experience data workstream, leading governance, quality and insights to support workforce decisions across the co-op. You’ll partner with People, Payroll, IT and Finance to ensure trusted, accessible data that underpins long-term business success.
You’ll manage a small team and guide the transformation of people data capabilities, including automation and AI-enabled analytics, while delivering impactful workforce
Qualifications
- Significant experience with HR systems, reporting and people analytics.
- Experience delivering people data initiatives through major transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of data governance, quality and master data management.
- People leadership experience developing others.
- Experience using data and insights to track readiness, adoption and risk.
Responsibilities
- Lead the people data workstream for the Employee Experience programme and support transition into long-term ownership.
- Drive people data governance, quality, reporting and master data management across the organisation.
- Partner with People & Capability, Payroll, IT and Finance to ensure data is trusted and fit for purpose.
- Develop meaningful workforce reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and develop people data capability, exploring automation, analytics and AI opportunities.
