Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island is looking for a People Systems Product Specialist to join our People & Capability team in Auckland. You will own SAP SuccessFactors modules, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and focus on usability and frontline needs while solving business problems.

You’ll help implement and enhance HR and payroll technology, maintain clean data and reporting, and translate requirements into practical system changes that support thousands of Foodies across Aotearoa.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Experience delivering system enhancements and change management.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and drive adoption.

• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, simplify processes and enhance user experiences.
• Help maintain high-quality people data and reporting capabilities.

Are you someone who enjoys getting under the hood of systems, solving business problems and finding smarter ways of working?

We’re looking for a People Systems Product Specialist to join our People & Capability team. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting, optimising and enhancing our people systems so they deliver a great experience for our people, leaders and stores

Reporting to the People Systems Team Lead, you’ll work closely with People & Capability teams, IT and business stakeholders to understand challenges, investigate solutions and continuously improve the way our systems support the business. Whether you’re troubleshooting an issue, configuring a new process, testing system changes or identifying opportunities to simplify how work gets done, you’ll play an important role in helping our people systems perform at their best.

In this role, you will be:

• Partner with People & Capability teams to deliver HR and payroll technology solutions that support our people strategy.
• Own SAP SuccessFactors modules and other people platforms, including requirements gathering, testing , adoption and continuous improvement.
• Support new system implementations and enhancements with a strong focus on usability, accessibility and frontline needs.
• Support system releases, upgrades, testing activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, simplify processes and enhance user experiences.
• Help maintain high-quality people data and reporting capabilities.

You’ll likely bring:

• Experience working with HRIS platforms, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Experience delivering system enhancements, projects or transformational change.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of reporting, HR metrics and data analysis.
• A collaborative and improvement-focused mindset.
• Experience working alongside IT teams on integrations, testing and release activities.
