Job summary
Kāinga Ora is seeking a People Data Analyst to join the People Systems and Intelligence team. The role focuses on turning complex workforce data into meaningful intelligence to inform decisions and deliver organisational impact.
You will provide specialist analytics and reporting to support leaders through periods of change, driving insights to inform decisions and ensure readiness and benefits realisation.
Qualifications
- Experience in people analytics, workforce reporting, or business intelligence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Deliver workforce analytics, reporting, and insights to support technology modernisation and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Support workforce planning, organisational design, and workforce impact assessments.
- Analyse workforce trends, capability requirements, employee movement, capacity, and risks.
- Develop reporting and measures to monitor change readiness, adoption, and benefits realisation.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leaders and stakeholders.
- Support external information requests with accurate, timely workforce information.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting capability, and workforce intelligence.
