Job summary

Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities is seeking a People Data Analyst to support enterprise change through workforce analytics, reporting, and insights. You will turn complex data into meaningful intelligence to inform decisions during transformation.

You will deliver analytics and reporting to leaders, support workforce planning and change readiness, and build trusted relationships across the organisation to improve workforce intelligence capabilities.

Qualifications

Experience in people analytics, workforce reporting, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify meaningful trends.
Experience developing reports, dashboards, and insights that support decision-making.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present data clearly for action.

Responsibilities

Deliver workforce analytics, reporting, and insights to support enterprise transformation initiatives.
Support workforce planning, organisational design, and workforce impact assessments.
Analyse workforce trends, capability requirements, employee movement, capacity, and risks.
Develop reporting and measures to monitor change readiness and benefits realization.
Translate complex workforce data into clear insights for leaders and stakeholders.
Assist with information requests by providing accurate workforce information.
